Our journey began inside our own home, long before we ever bottled a single herb. We were searching for natural ways to support our health, restore balance, and break generational cycles of sickness. What started as homemade herbal blends crafted for our family soon grew into a calling—one that expanded far beyond our kitchen.

Shipping Policy

STANDARD ORDERS

Orders can be placed on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After your order is processed it takes additional time for packaging, shipping, and delivery. It is our priority to get your orders out to you a soon as possible. Our current processing and delivery timeline is estimated at 2-10 business days.

 

Our business days are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm CST. We understand that timely delivery is crucial to you, and we are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that your orders reach you as swiftly as possible.

 

Rest assured, every order is our priority, and our dedicated team is working tirelessly to expedite the fulfillment process. We deeply appreciate your patience. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you and will always strive to provide you with the best experience possible. Our goal and desire is to get your order to you as soon as we possibly can, while maintaining integrity.

 

We are not responsible for shipping charges or time frames dealing with the postal service. Once we have completed and sealed the package, we then put it into UPS or USPS system and drop off and at that point they are responsible for shipping time frame.

All standard orders shipped within the USA will ship via UPS Ground, UPS Flat Rate (if requirements are met, available online ONLY) or USPS Priority mail 2-3 day, depending on the members request at the time of placing the order. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received.

 

Any returned package due to a signature not being able to be obtained at the time of delivery is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable. This cost is included within the Shipping & Handling rates available online.

PACKAGES TO CANADA

Due to Health Canada's policies, we are only able to ship to Canada under the following conditions:

  • Canadians can only receive up to a 90 day supply within a 90 day period.
  • Failure to comply will result in the package being held, returned and/or contents removed by Health Canada. Rapha Roots LLC is not responsible for any seized or returned package due to an individual's non-compliance with Health Canada regulations.

Endangered Species (Canada) CITES

CITES is an agency which monitors the importation of endangered plant and animal species into Canada. Some botanicals are endangered and may be confiscated by customs. Please reference the CITES Endangered Species list before placing your order as we are not responsible for monitoring the list. If your items are confiscated, we will not be responsible for confiscated items.

 

We encourage all Canadian members to check with customs before placing orders to make sure vour orders are in compliance.

Return & Exchange Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your purchased items) is/are damaged in transit, a new package will be sent out upon return of the damaged package. Please send an email to “ rootofhealing@rapharoots.info “ within 3 business days of receiving the package. Please include your name, a detailed description of the damaged product with photos, the order number and tracking number.

 

Please carefully read all product descriptions, our shipping policy, allergy information and all notations before placing the order. We do not accept any returns or exchanges, no exceptions.

 

Our products are handmade in small batches to ensure quality and consistency. However, due to these production processes and the use of all-natural ingredients, slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency are possible.

 

If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. Use the "Website Support" form to report missing items.

REFUNDS ARE ONLY HONORED FOR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PACKAGES THAT ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven't received a refund yet and it has been at least seven (7) business days, first check your bank account or credit card account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Rapha Roots LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, Rapha Roots LLC will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate the missing package.

Most Rapha Roots herbal formulas are traditionally taken:

The following formulas are typically taken in the morning for best support:

10. My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.

USPS sometimes marks packages early or places them in lockers or leasing offices.

Please check around your location.

If still missing, submit a Missing Mail Search with USPS and send us the confirmation number.



11. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we’re working on it.




12. Can I cancel or edit my order?

Orders cannot be changed once they enter processing.

Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days at a discounted rate.

You can edit or cancel anytime through your customer portal.




14. How do I cancel my subscription?


You can cancel from your account.

If you need assistance, message us with the name or email associated with the subscription.



15. Why was I charged after canceling?


If your subscription was canceled after the order generated, it will still ship.

Future orders will not be charged.
